QUOTATIONS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

All quotations and order confirmations sent out by our company, whatever their means of communication, must be (electronically) signed by an authorized representative of our company to be valid.

An authorized representative of Gaasch Packaging is a Manager (in English), "Directeur" (in Dutch), "Directeur" (in French). Any quotation or order confirmation for an amount superior to 30.000 € or equivalent requires a double signature with a member of the Board of Directors of the company.

No employee or agent of Gaasch Packaging is authorized to make any offer, confirmation or representation without the formal approval as written before.

In order to be validly accepted as an order, quotations and order confirmations must be returned to us within their validity period, signed by a duly authorized representative of the client company exclusively by post, fax or e-mail.
